What Could Be The Cause Of Blood In Vomiting With Chest Pain ?

I have just vomited and there was blood in my vomit, i now also have pain in my chest and a blood taste in my mouth

hello welcome to healthcare magic. Blood can be seen in vomitus in gastritis ( when the lining of the stomach is inflamed ) which can occur mainly because of infection, medication ( such as aspirin, cataflam or ibruprofen or any of the NSAID family of drugs), alcohol. It can also be seen in cases of gastric or peptic ulcers. Chest pain can occur in cases where the vomiting is persistant or can be related to the force to expel the vomit. If the vomiting is persistant or the blood seen is alot you should seek medical help.

You have not mentioned about your age and any other problem existing or not.
Have you taken very spicy things?
Do you have much cough?
Do you have hyperacidity?
