Hello,
Welcome To HCM,
It is good that you used protection during intercourse which protects from transmission of S.T.D. also. As this was your first intercourse & your labia minora are not habitual, the black spot appeared after intercourse can be due friction injury. In my opinion you should not worry about it. It will vanish in a couple of days. If it does not disappear, then please contact a Gynecologist for proper evaluation.
