Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.
Your ana titre suggest autoimmune disease.
Back pain and joint pain are common symptoms of autoimmune disease
And also check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
HLA B 27 blood test with RA test may rule out spondylitis.

Medication like methylcobalamine and analgesic will reduce pain.
You can do yoga exercises and focus on spine extension exercises.

You may consult physiotherapist for guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.

Hope this helps. Wish you a speedy recovery.

Take care
