What Could Be The Bumps On Body Mainly On Buttocks And Inner Thighs?

ive got these bumps that form on my body mainly my buttoks and inner thighs it started when I was young I popped it n thts when it started in the buttoks area but now at 28 I have them everywhere but the worst parts are my inner thighs and buttocks... what could it be?

Hi,

I can understand your concern for bumps on body mainly on buttocks and inner thighs. After reading your query it appears to be due to fungal infection. Fungal infection of the skin is quite common due to infection and hygiene. It is aggravated by hot weather and the further spread of infection to nearby of other parts.

To prevent the further spread maintain good hygiene by taking two times bath, wearing cotton clothes and change of clothes two times. You can also use any good medicated antiperspirant powder. Stay away from hot and humid climate.

You can use clotrimazole cream or terbinafine cream over the affected areas under medical supervision. I suggest you to take antifungal tablet by mouth such as fluconazole 150 mg alternate days for 15 days.

You should meet a dermatologist for further confirmation of the fungal infection and accordingly best possible treatment.
