What Could Be The Ayurveda Treatment For Hemi Facial Spasm?

I am looking to see if there are any Ayurveda treatment for Hemi Facial Spasm. I tried for Botox for four years that did not help. I am currently on maximum dose of 300 mg of Carbamazepine three times a day. But i have not find any relief. Looks like surgery is my only option; however, I would like to explore Ayurveda treatment.

Carbamazepine is not a permanent solution for facial spasm. It can only control to some extent. About ayurveda, i don't know much, but there is a sure cure in homeopathy for facial spasm. Recently i had treated one patient for trigeminal neuralgia with facial spasm and he is also on carbamazepine with steroid. Today he is free from all medication and have no pain or spasm.
