What Could Be Lump Under Leg Skin By Side Of Knee?

I also have just discovered a hard moveable lump under my skin on my leg by the side of my knee. Went to see the doctor who didn t know what it was and suggested I organise a scan. The doctor said that it felt quite deep. I feel no pain and there is no discoloration on the skin. It is about the size of a marble. Sarah

Dear Madam,

There is a possibilty of lipoma but still you should follow your doctor advise and go for imagimg as malignancies always needs to be ruled out .
