What Could Be Done To Remove The Sore Under Tongue?
I have a sore under tongue which is like a pimple but I had one on the inside of my lip. I squeeze the one in my lip and put canker medication on it and it went away. This looks very much like that one but because it is under my tongue I have squeeze it.

You could be having aphthous ulcer under the tongue. You may take vitamin B complex capsules twice a day for a week. You may apply a gel containing Choline Salicylate and Benzalkonium Chloride ( eg: Zytee gel )three to four times a day over the sore for pain relief and faster healing.
