What Could Be Done To Prevent Hair Fall Due To Dandruff?
I am suffering form hair fall issue for the last 3 yrs.
Hair fall happens from the front region mainly and from above the ears.
Often there is a sand-grain sized yellowish particle at the hair-root. plus I have dandruff.
I have a scalp that turns oily if I dont shampoo for three consecutive days and when I shampoo i have to do it three times(Cetrimide) and finish it off with Nizoral 2% to get rid of the sebum.
A doctor had previously advised me to take finax 1mg but after taking three tablets I experienced decrease in libido and hunger so I discontinued. I did rcover the above but not wholly. some part of the issues are still there. Also he advised Minoxidil 5% which iam continuing without any result. also i took polybion syrup for over eight months but no effect.
I know that finasteride is the best for the problem I have but it doesn't suit me. I have not fully recovered from the side effects. I might never will.
Please help.

Do not give off the hope if you really need to cure this then clean shave your scalp with zero level, then apply "Povidone Iodine" shampoo leave it there for 30 to 40 minutes then wash it do it for week then you will be having new grow of hair without dandruff, then you can use Minoxidil, take care have nice day.
