What Could Be A Cherry Size Lump On The Posterior Vaginal Wall?

Hello, my name is Celeste, I am 17 and just notice that I have a lump, the size of a cherry on the posterior wall of my vagina. It doesn't hurt, just annoying that there is something there. I have had some abdomen discomfort. No bleeding. I think it's from using a rough object to masterbaiting. My boyfriend says it is new and noticeable. Please tell me you thoughts on what thus mass could be. You can email me for other questions YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your description the lump you mentioned could be a bartholin cyst.
Bartholin gland lies near the vaginal opening.
Duct of the bartholin glands opens below the vaginal opening.
For more details: http://srsree.blogspot.in/2013/12/bartholin-glands.html
When the duct of bartholin gland gets blocked, it will form a cyst.
When the cyst gets infected, it will format an abscess.
So, better to consult gynecologist and get examined.
By examination the exact nature of the lump can be made out.
In case bartholin cyst, combination of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs can cure the problem.
Take care.
