What Could All This Mean : Diarrhoea, Sgpt 400, Hb 14, TSH Negative, Anorexia And Vomiting ?
hi i hve fever 100 since five days weakness had an initial episode of diarrhoea, my ggt and sgpt is raised, sgpt is 400, there is leukopenia,plt 0000, hb 14, typhidot negative. also have anorexia and nausea and vomiting.what m i suffering from likely?

Did you get tested for Hepatitis ? You seem to have acute viral hepatitis. Also, 'plt' (platelets) can't be 0, leukopenia can be a part of acute hepatitis or can be due to some other reason. Please visit your physician, you need good evaluation and testing to confirm the cause of your symptoms and abnormal lab results.
