General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The lump can be related to a foruncle which is an inflammation of the hair follicle.
I recommend to use an antibiotic.cream such as Neosporin cream.
I also suggest using warm compresses or soak in warm water several times a day for relieve.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
