What Could A Slight Fever And Headache After A Concussion Indicate?

my son 2 hit his head Thursday night no other symptoms besides a head ache ann loss of appitie for a day or so his appitie has come back I suspected it from him being prob nauseated from the concussion I gave him tyenol to help him but now sunday night hes running a low grade temp should I be worried I think he got a concussion but now he has a temp today sunday I didn't give him any tyenol an he is running around playing like a regular kid happy an every thing

Hai...you did right in observing him with a dose of paracetamol. Currently whatever fever you are describing seems to be a trivial viral illness. But with a history of head injury there are certain red flags which you should be aware of... Vomiting/ up rolling if eyes/ seizures/ incoherence/ loss of consciousness.
