What Could A Repolarization With SOB Excretion Suggest Of?

My ekg showed moderate inferior repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia or LV overload, negative T in III, and RSR in V1 and V2. The only symptoms I have sometimes is SOB with exertion. What could this be indicative of? (HR in low 50s and stable BP) Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern the over all EKG report is suggestive of coronary insufficiency and this need to be correlate with clinical sign and symptoms age and gender is important here, which is not given here, in my opinion coronary angiography would be necessary and advisable, take care and have a nice day.
