What Could A Lump On Vagina?

Hi! My 6 year old daugher has a large hard red bump on the right side of her vagina. This morning it had a little white bump in the middle but I put her in the bath and it kind of disappeared. Should I just wait it out until it releases itself? It is hurting her really bad. Should I take her to the er? or can I try and drain it myself? Thanks

Hi,
It seems that she might be having soft tissue infection producing abscess.
Do not try to burst open as it might precipitate the infection or there might be improper drainage of pus.
Go to ER and get examined.
If require they might drain the pus with proper cleaning.
Ok and take care.
