What combinations of food can help me gain weight ?

Hi.. M on wealth gain program where am eating horse-gram. beetroot, cucumber and carrot to help me increase my weight?? will this combination work?? and i have read that horse gram help is weight loss?? is it true?? if it is then what pulses should i eat??

If you are not having any disturbing illness like hyperthyroid or tuberculosis then with the weight gain programme you will gain weight.Another thing to remember to increase weight is to take more calories like eat more sweet;chocolates;milk;eggs;meat if you are a non veg.Keep up good diet and you will gain weight.

Read your prob , first you have to rule out the cause of weight gain as weight gain occure due to diabeteas, n hypothyroidism or due to familial region. if you dont found any region then start morning walk ,then should take heavy breakfast. avoid fat riched diet, use fiber riched diet. this trial helps you in redusing weight loss.
