What Causes Yellowish Green Discharge When Took Medication For Gonorrhea?

Okay I found out I had gonorrhea and they gave me one pill to take and I took it which was about 3 weeks ago and just yesterday I started leaking a white discharge and so tonight when I went to the bath the discharge was yellowish-green what do I need to do ?

IT may be trichomonas infection.
you have to take t.flagyl after consulting your gynaecologist for 7-14 days.
use condome during this period.
partner treatment also needed in STD.
