What Causes Yellowish Discharge From Right Nostril?

Hi, this morning I felt liquid running from my right nostril... thought it was blood, but when I wiped I saw that it was a yellowish/clearish colour... this has happened twice since... both times I ve been to the washroom and held down my head.. what could be the cause of this please?

1. Fluid coming from nostril with head down is suggestive of some CSF leakage from brain (since it was clear/yellowish) so it is wise to see a Medicine doctor who might go for CT-Head or CSF analysis to rule out any pathology in the brain.
