Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My girlfriend and I tried having intercourse and it hurt her when I started to enter her, I looked inside her and she was bleeding a little (we ve had sex regularly for almost 2 years) and I found 2 small yellow pimple like bumps inside her vagina. Please offer any advice that may help.
Hello dear Understand your concern I think it is infected sebaceous gland cyst/follicuitis. Apply warm pad compression. When they become soft drain it and apply neomycin powder.
All this cyst are pain less and harmless genereally. Do not pop up , it causes infection and bleeding But if it is associated with pain, dysuria, fever, itching , redness and foul smelling vaginal discharge. Then You should think about STDs and would like to test for STDs and Also maintain hygiene and keep the area dry. Wear pure cotton loose garments Maintain hygiene before and after urination and sex Avoid douching and sex till you get better
Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
