General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think it is infected sebaceous gland cyst/follicuitis.
Apply warm pad compression.
When they become soft drain it and apply neomycin powder.

If not resolves other causes may be:

1. Blocked hair follicle
2. skene's duct cyst
3. Fordyce cyst
4. Molluscum contagium

All this cyst are pain less and harmless genereally.
Do not pop up , it causes infection and bleeding
But if it is associated with pain, dysuria, fever, itching , redness and foul smelling vaginal discharge.
Then
You should think about STDs and would like to test for STDs and
Also maintain hygiene and keep the area dry.
Wear pure cotton loose garments
Maintain hygiene before and after urination and sex
Avoid douching and sex till you get better

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
