What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge Along With Bad Odour?

Hello, 2 months ago I started noticing a very bad smell coming from my vaginal discharge. I recently got tested at my obgyn and everything came back negative except hpv which I just got a colposcopy for. The skin itself doesn t smell it s the discharge which if i m walking around makes the area itch a little. The odor isn t really fishy, i can t describe it, it s just very noticeable. The discharge is watery and slightly yellow. my gyn says it does not have to do with the hpv so I m not sure what it is at all.

I apreciate you concern about your health
these symptoms are pointing that you may be suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease.which is infection of internal genital organs or cervisitis or utetheritis.
just get a routine urine examination to rule out any associated urinary tract infection
do a course of metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day for 10 days and use an antifungal vaginal cream
consult your gynaecologost if it does not settle for starting oral antifungals and do a vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity.
