What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge Along With Bad Odour?

Hi, I have been to the doctor to take a pap for STI s. And the doctor came back and told me that I don t have clymidia or gonhorra. Also do not have herpes. He said I was fine . But I am still having yellowish discharge that fills like bubbles coming from my vagina. I don t know what to do. I had an itch and rawness inside the lips of my vagina for a little while but it went away. That s the only problems I have . There s a smell but it s not bad. What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to vaginitis and may not be due to any systemic disease and this can be managed with "Povidone iodine" vaginal suppository put this in three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
