What Causes Yellow Substance Between Penis Glands And Skin?

Hello Dr. Rynne, I am 19 years old and I have something that I think is called Smegma. It s a sort of yellow substance between my penis glands and skin. I am uncircumcised. I would like to know how to get rid of this for good! Also, I noticed that I have a small bump by my pubic area. It doesn t hurt when I touch it but I notice that puss comes out if it. I am worried that it may be something severe.

Hi,
Nothing to worry, smegma is secretion form glands in penis and it becomes hard and stick on glans producing many a time prostatitis if not cleaned regularly.
So make a habit of cleaning smegma by averting fore skin while taking shower.
Bump you have on your pubic area might be ingrown hair follicle infection.
Clean local part properly and apply antibiotic cream.
Ok and take care.
