What Causes Yellow Scan Inside Nostril?

Hello, i have been suffering from allergies for at least a week now and i look inside of my nose and on the skin inside the nostril, there is yellow bumps forming in one nostril and in the other it has a like a yellow scab. Is this serious and what can i do to treat it?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain formation of bumps inside the nostrils along with yellow scabs seems to be due to infection in the nostrils and can be due bacterial infection causing Impetigo..
It can also be due to viral infection causing Herpes..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and nasal swab culture along with blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of bacterial infection antibiotics can be advised..
In case of viral infection anti viral medications like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir, Famicyclovir etc can be advised..
You can also do saline nasal irrigation and also apply Petroleum jelly inside the nostrils to keep the mucosa lubricated and smooth.
