Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain in case if you have raised cheesy white patches on the sides of tongue then it can be probably due yeast infection known as
Oral Thrush..
In case if it is in the form of small ulcer like small patches it can be due to recurring apthous
stomatitis causing recurring apthous ulcers..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case if thrush is diagnosed physician can advise you anti-fungal medications like
Nystatin mouthwash and
Clotrimazole lozenges as well taking ample of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic..
In case of apthous ulcers taking
multivitamin tablets, doing warm saline gargles and gargle with numbing mouthwash to relieve pain..
Avoiding spicy food and drinking plenty of water can help..
Hope this information helps.
Thanks and regards.
