Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Yellow colored nasal discharge, sinus pain, sore throat and upper tooth pain are suggestive of infection.
The focus of infection is in the upper respiratory tract i.e. in the nose and sinus.
The infection is involving the throat also.
Tooth pain is probably caused by sinus infection.
Thus, you need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Examination of the nasal discharge may be required for microbiological assessment.
Antibiotic course will help to treat the infection.

Thanks and take care
