What Causes Yellow Liquid Discharge From Ears?

I have had clearish/yellowish liquid running out of my ears at night and only at night. It has been going on for months now. I have allergies and I am taking some Zyrtec and benadryl at night. I have tried everything I know to fix it. It will dry up and then come right back. What is going on? I am 36, 5 7 , female, 195lbs, I have hypothyroid, borderline diabetes and PCOS.

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to ear infection

For that you may require antibiotics ear drops with oral antibiotics after ENT consultation. For pain and fever you can take tablet acetaminophen

Along with that avoid ear piercing. Maintain proper hygiene

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
