What Causes Yellow Discoloration In Corners Of Eyes?

along the outer corners of my eyes (Not the Sclera, the actual skin) is yellow, just where my eyebrow ends near my temple. Is it from lack of sleep, or is there something actually wrong? I have a really healthy liver, I am 18 and do not smoke, but I live in a house with three smokers. I also have anxiety and depression and generally get between 5-7 hours of sleep a night.
