hello sir my name suresh and 27 year old. i am suffering 4 week form yellow discharge (pus)everyday and every time . when i do urinate or erect penis i feel strongly pain ilike burning sunsation. and i feel gilts in penis when press penis. but not seen . please help me

Possible issue for this condition is infection in urinary tract, urethra or prostate.
