What Causes Worms And Odor In Urine?

hello my wife has a dark urine that has a strong odor. she urinated in toilet two days ago, my toilet is broken so i could not flush right away. i usually flush by adding water to toilet, however i let it sit over night. the next day i noticed little small black worms in her urine. what are they and do they come out of her body.

Hello,

Sometimes urine may show black worms as you are describing if your wife is infected by parasite infection of the urinary tract. Dark color of urine and strong odor could also be due to this infection.

I would advise you to send her urine for laboratory analysis for diagnosis of parasite infection. You can consult a urologist after the test results come or reach us again for further advise.
