What Causes Whole Body Pain Along With Fever And Cough?

yesterday i had pain all over with fever i thought it was the flu, today is much less but my left leg is swollen, red, hot, burning, i should mention that my legs often get swollen when sitting or standing too long, but never like this, i m overweight i also smoke. i also have pain on left side of my head it feels worse when i bend down or cough, sneeze or blow nose.

I can understand your concern.
You are having Unilateral (left sided) lower limb painful edema (swelling).
So possibility of cellulitis (skin infection) and DVT (deep venous thrombosis) is more.
Both these diseases are common in active smoker.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination of left lower limb, ultrasound examination of swollen part and venous doppler study.
Better to quit smoking as soon as possible because it is not a good habit.
