OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The whitish-yellow discharge from nipples suggests increased levels of prolactin and this can cause a delay in periods and irregular cycles.

You need to get your prolactin levels evaluated and start with proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
