What Causes White Tissue Discharge In Stools?

I m very healthy, 36 yo, exercise religiously, eat well, sleep well, so on... Physically fit in every way. Today, after using the restroom I noticed off white, stringy, fatty tissue in my stool. What COULD this mean. I know I should go get it examined, and will. I would like to know, typically, what is this a symptom of, or what it could be. Thank you.
