What Causes White Thick Vaginal Discharge With Itching?

Hello! Right before my period I experience white thick discharge and severe itching on the outside of my vagina. After a couple of days, during my period it usually goes away , but this time the systoms stayed and they're 10 times worse. I have SEVERE UNCOMFORTABLE itching around the outside of my vagina alot of wetness and discharge that sits inside of my vagina at all times. Please help this is becoming very uncomfortable for me and it sometimes brings tears to my eyes because of the pain. PLEASE HELP if you can. Thanks.

Hi,
After going through your symptoms mostly it could be due to fungal infection.
I suggest you cetrizine 5 mg twice a day for 5 days.
Ibuprofen for pain. Do not scratch the affected area it leads to infection.
I also suggest you anti fungal medication like single dose of flucanozole.
This is prescribed medication. I suggest you visit a gynecologist If not possible then visit your primary doctor to start medication.
Maintain vaginal hygiene.
