What Causes White Strings In Stool?

My sis in law stayed 2 weeks ago and called us last week to tell us that she had worms and did my 3 and 4 year old have them too? the answer was no. But we all tool the ovex suspension just in case. today my son has passed a stool with white strings on them, but they were not moving at all. completely still. do you think they are dead due to the medication.

Low fiber foods in diet lead to string stool problem..
Celiac disease may ruled out.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis..
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems..
Stool sample test is helpful to detect any infection present or not..
Blood test to rule out celiac disease.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it...
