What Causes White Spots On Vagina And Anus During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 37 yrs old and am 34 weeks pregnant. I have one white spot on my vagina and one on my anus. The spots do not itch or hurt in any way, they are just noticeable. They can't be squeezed or have any discharge inside of them. They are more like skin but white.

Could you help?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. The white spots on vagina and around the anus can be the condition called leukoplakia, as this condition is painless and non itching. But it also can be other conditions called lichen sclerosis, dysplasia or malignant condition. This has to be confirmed by a biopsy.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and investigated, and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
