Hello, Best to have some blood work down. This will determine how your system is fighting infection and systemic concerns. Mononucleosis is a possible diagnosis with your report of fatigue. Your throat can be swabbed to test test for infections. Strep can have symptoms that you report. Continue to monitor your symptoms. Take your temperature. Drink plenty of liquids to avoid dehydration, make sure your vitamins are well balanced without deficiencies, and taking some Antiinflammitory medications such as Tylenol or Advil that may offer relief. I suggest that you confirm a diagnosis with your physician. See your dentist if you are not keeping up with recall visits to rule out dental Complications and conerns. Thank you for your inquiry.
