Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 3 year old son, has two white patches on his tongue. The first one showed up and he said it didn't bother him or anything. The next day after I noticed it he ran 102.5 fever, for 2 days. No obvious symtoms of anything other than fever though. He still ran around like a wild child. Only took tylenol close to bed time, when I'd notice he would get the chills/shakes. His fever would break and he's sweat profusely. He has since been fever free, but I have noticed another white spot on his tongue. Is this something to be concerned about?

What Causes White Spots On Tongue With Fever?
Thanks for the query. It s very difficult for me to advise you on what it could be without seeing them. Some of common causes are Thrush (infants and children), allergic, viral infection. Better to see the doctor. Hope a speedy recovery.
