What Causes White Spots On The Foreskin Of Penis?
i have small white spots on my foreskin that started to appear around 6 months ago, i gnored it at first and thought they would go but they have only spread and got worse,, i have been with my partner for 9 years and never had sexuall contact with another girl in all that time, do you have any ideas what it could be

Some white spots, called "pearly penile papules" are common and normal. If your spots are not causing any problems like pain or itching, simply observe them. However, it is always safe to get them checked by the doctor to make sure that they are normal.
