What Causes White Spots On The Clitoris?
Ive noticed a few tiny white dots on my clitoris under the hood, it is sensitive and slightly painful when touched, also when against my clothing. I don t know what it is but it has only just appeared I am wondering if it is a reaction to rubbing against a menstrual pad as it is also my time of month or if it is something worse.

It seems that you might be having some infection and soreness on the part.
This might be friction bumps due to sanitary pads.
Clean the part with plane water and apply triple action cream for 3-5 days.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy particularly during period time.
