What Causes White Spots On Side Of Mouth And Corner Of Eyes?

I m 22 years old I have 2 white spots on the side of my mouth. I ve had them for years and they have not gone alway and about 2 years ago I started to notice there s two more showing up. One on each corner of my eyes they shape of the white spot looks like tears running down the side of my eyes down to the tip of the beginning of my cheek . I d like to know if this May be a vitamin deficiency and what type of vitamin is it ?

Hi.
As per your complains my advice is-
1. Both the spots may have different cause (like around mouth may be post-herpes depigmentation and around eyes maybe vitamin deficiency) or both may have same caouse(vitiligo or vitamin deficency)
2. Start Multivitamin tab (Supradyn) once daily.
3. Apply tacrolimus 0.03% ointment twice daily on spots.
4. It is preferable to consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis.
