General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

-The white spots you have suggest uncontrolled diabetes. Please get your diabetic profile done to confirm and know the gravity of the problem. Strict diet, exercises and sufficient earliest medication are the things that would revert the problem
-In high cholesterol there are white lump like rashes on skin. Your doctor would look into it.
-The skin affected by diabetes is prone to different skin problems like fungal infection (with itching), vitamin A deficiency, viral infection.
All of these need to be excluded or confirmed, followed by needful cause specific treatment. Please consult your diabetologist and dermatologist (if needful) for proper guidance.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
