What Causes White Spots In The Vagina?

For the past couple of days my labia minora has been kind of dry with white dry spots going down it and like a white substance coming from my clitoris and the area between my anis and vagina hole hurts as if you stretch it and so it hurts to wipe. Any cause or treatments for this problem?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The reason why you could be experiencing such symptoms in the vaginal area could be due to bacterial vaginosis.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Wash the region with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying, apply antibiotic medication Clindamycin Cream twice daily.
3. Take a course of oral antibiotic medication Tablet.Metronidazole.
4. Use vaginal pH balancing solution 'v wash' regularly.
5. Wear loose fitting undergarments to avoid friction and provide proper ventilation.
6. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
Maintain good personal hygiene.
