What Causes White Spots In The Throat?
I have had white spots in the back of my throat for 3 days although it is not really sore just annoying when I swallow. I am exhausted. Sleeping more than 12 hours every night because I just can not hold my head up. I have also had bad headaches for the past 3 days. I am 26 years old, 5 7 and 192 lbs.

Noted the history about a 26 year old having white spots in throat, sleeping too much, headache 3 days and exhausted.
With the history you have provided, this looks to be bacterial or viral infection of the throat with the constitutional symptoms of headache, exhaustion and sleepiness.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
COnsult your Doctor immediately for clinical examination, tests of throat swab and blood.
Get started on proper antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines so that you get relief and possible cure.
Take povidone iodine gargles.
Plenty of oral fluids.
Take full bed rest.
Further management as per the report and results of continuing treatment.
