What Causes White Spots In Anus & Vagina?

hey there. my girlfriend had a huge pain at the back for 5 days now (we had anal sex 5 days ago) and in between those 5 days we were having sex regularly (not anal) . she could not sit or go to the toilet.. and today the pain is almost gone but white spots appeared in the area between the anus and the vagina.. she says they are like zits but hard .what may be the problem?

I have gone through your query. If you send the picture of the spots it will be more helpful to identify what it is. From your description it is most likely an yeast infection. A swab can be done to rule out this. For such case in my patients i treat with ointments with combination of antibiotics like gentamycin , corticosteroid like clobetasol and antifungal like miconazole for local application.
