What Causes White Spot With White Hair On Face?
Gud mng.......i have a small white spot on my face.the hair on the spot is white.....what it means? I have been suffering frm this white spot since 2008. I take several medicine but result is zero....now i m feeling very depressed....plz doctor giv me proper advice...i will always thankful to you.plz help me

White spot with white hair suggests of vitiligo.
It is an autoimmune disorder.
It cannot be controlled with the use of steroids and pigment enhancing lotions.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral steroid mini pulse in which a high dose of steroid is given orally weekly and topical melgain lotion.
This combination is safe and effective.
