What Causes White Pus From Smegma Pearl?

hello i have a 2 year old son and hes not circumsized. In the beginning i found out he had smegma pearls which was totally natural. TODAY when i went to give him.a bath, i seen white pus come out from where the smegma pearl was at. I was wondering what should i.do?

Hi.
As per your case history your son is probably having mild infection called as balanitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't apply soap or any antiseptic lotion like Dettol on that part.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral NSAID given only after consulting a dermatologist.
