What Causes White Pimple Heads On Scrotum And Abdomen?
4.5 yr old has white pimple-like heads on scrotum (2 near the base on top-side of penis and another 3~5 underneath at rear of scrotum. There s also another 2~3 on lower abdomen about 5~6cm away from base of penis. These are all itchy. He also has a lump on scrotum about 6x4mm (oval shape like a football) raised about 2~3mm that hurts him if touched. Thoughts?
