General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I have understood your concern. I want to see that patch because without watching that patch i cant tell you the diagnosis correctly. Still i can tell you one thing that if that patch is sice 15 days then it cant be vitilligo but i can be leukoderma or it may be temporary hypopigmentation due to fungal infection such as tinia versicular or due to any reason. So continue vitamin and zinc tablets for 15-30 days and then still that patch exist , examine it under wood's lamp and apply scratch test and then treat accordingly.
Thank you.
