What Causes White Mucus Drainage During Bowel Movement?

Hey, Today I noticed something white in my stool today. It looked like the end bit of the stump on a mushroom. Sometimes I do have white mucus in my stool and have symptoms of iBS. My symptoms can go from very loose stools to constipation. Also when I eat wheat I get pains in my belly as if i get blocked. Thanks.

You need to consult a physician or Gastroentrologist right away. He will do some skin test, Blood tests, Food eliminating tests, and Food challenge testing along with complete physical examination, to reach to a diagnosis.

It may be wheat allergy(very likely) or, It may be celiac disease ( less likely).

I advise you not to take wheat or wheat products ar least to the time your case isn't properly diagnosed.
