What Causes White Lesions On Foreskin Of Penis?

Hi doctor. ....am a man of 30 yrs. When my foreskin was pulled back I can see some white granules like things inside the skin from where the foreskin starts. What is this ? It s there for last many years. It s not causing any irritation or pain. Even it s not increasing. But what is that. I go have a similar thing on inner lips. When I shown to a dermatologist, he said its some glands, nothing to worry. Is it true ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely Fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. Taking more garlic and antioxidants will be helpful to get rid off this. Tretinoin cream application locally also is helpful. Natural remedies like aloe Vera is also good. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
