Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have white foam around the mouth. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like epilepsy , bell's palsy , facial diplegia , tumours , cranial nerve palsies or there is also a possibility of side effect of certain medicine . I would suggest you to consult your doctor and discuss the condition . Doctor may alter the dose of your medicine or prescribe substitute . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for above mention problems .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
